firthgal.  I took Colin Firth's last name and dubbed myself his gal.

Have you renamed before? If so, what were your old names? If you haven't renamed, what names would you want to rename to?
Haven't renamed, no idea how to without starting a new account.  In fact, I had tried to change it when I actually started using this thing, but it wouldn't let me.  If I changed it, I'd probably change it to helmsgal or something having to do with The Office or Andy. (I'm not very creative, I'm afraid, so most of my usernames are just variations of each other).

How much does your userinfo say about you?
Not a whole lot, but enough.  It touches on the important things, like Ed Helms and mob movies.

How long have you been on LiveJournal?
Well, I signed up a long time ago to join a Colin Firth group, but then I completely forgot about it.  So apparently, my very first post was in March of 2007, but I didn't start posting regularly until August of 2007, which was when I got into the fandom part of The Office.

What is the longest amount of time you've gone without posting?
Since I started posting regularly, that would be a week.

On average, how many entries do you post per day? (Divide how many total entries you have by how many days you've been on LJ.)
I'm too lazy to do the math, so I'll just say either 1 or 2 (in 2007, it was 1 post a day, in 2008 I've been averaging about 2 posts a day)

What are your posts normally about?
Whatever I'm currently obsessing over.  I'd say my journal is 80% fandom related.

Is your LiveJournal friends only? Why or why not?
No, because I don't mind people reading my fandom stuff, in fact, I encourage people to converse with me, it's usually how I end up making fandom friends.

Does your LiveJournal have an actual title or are you merely USER @ LiveJournal?
I'm One of Andy Bernard's Ladyfolk, obviously.

How long do you see yourself staying on LiveJournal?
Erm... for as long as I feel like writing nonsense.  Once I get a job, I'll probably be too lazy to even write in this thing.  Although, my LJ tends to be my therapy, so maybe I'll use it even more, who knows.

ABOUT YOUR FRIENDSLIST
How many people are on your friendslist, not counting private journals, media journals, etc?
Wow, I guess I haven't looked my f-list in awhile.  Some people cut me and some added me and I didn't even know it!  Anyway, 25.

Why do you choose to add a person to your friendslist?
Well, 9 times out of 10 they add me first, so I add them back, because I'm an equal opportunity friender.  As long as we have a few common fandoms and converse with each other, it's all good.
 
Is your friends list an actual list of people you consider friends, or more of a reading list?
It's a bit of a mix, really.

How often do you read your friendslist?
Almost every day, usually once in the morning and then once at night.

Do you use filters when viewing your friendslist?
Nope, I don't even know how the heck to use them.  But my f-list isn't very big, so I don't really need any filters.

How much do you talk to people on your friendslist off of LiveJournal?
Virtually never.  Sometimes there's an email or two, and occasionally I've chatted with IM, but I'm a horrible chatter, so I'm all about the LJ comments.  But I'm always willing to chat too.

Do you do friends cuts? Why or why not?
No, because my list isn't big enough to need a cut.  But if somebody cuts me, then I cut them, same as when somebody friends me then I friend them.  I'm just a copycat I guess.

Do you regularly participate in friending memes? If not, how do you normally find people to friend?
Not regularly, but if I'm in the mood for it, then I will.  That's how I met my LJ soulmate known as tinted_glass, so I try to fill them out when I can.

Not very often, I'm very shy about that sort of thing really.  The other person has to do the initiating.

Do your friends have to have things in common with you?
Definitely.

How many userpics do you get maximum? How many of those slots do you actually use?
Thanks to the lovely tinted_glass, right now I get 32, and yes, I use every single slot.

Mostly icons by others, but I have a few that I slapped together and use every now and then.

Do you have your own icon community? How often do you post in it?
No.  I can't do fancy shmancy stuff, I depend on others for that.

The Office, Psych, Boston Legal, House, and Life.

How do you find icons to use?
From icon posts in the fandom communities.

Probably once a week, but I'll just trade out one or two pics at a time.

Either the Andy with a heart one, or the Andy lives to frolf one.

Currently, I'm in love with the one where Charlie Crews is biting his lip as he looks down.  OMG, so adorable!!!  But normally, I like my default icon the best, which is the Andy with a heart one.

No, I have too much fandom love to express in icon form.

Depends.  With UB and The Office I contribute fanfic, fanvids, and meta.  With everything else it's pretty much just my insane ramblings.

I wish I could get rid of the crazies who refuse to see things from a different perspective.
